**UPDATE** Arrest has been made – Four dead in accident in Jurupa Valley

**Update** On September 29th, 2020 the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department released the name of the driver of the Ford, Josue Ayala Flores a 33 year old from San Bernardino, who is currently on Parole, and arrested him for 4 counts of Gross Vehicular Manslaughter for the two women and their unborn babies as they both were in their third trimesters. Bail has been set at $4 million dollars.

On September 25th, 2020 at approximately 6:12pm, Riverside County Fire Department, Riverside County Sheriff, and AMR responded to Mission and Pedley for a two vehicle traffic collision with fire and victims trapped. Witnesses reported that the grey Subaru was turning onto Mission when the Ford ran a red light and crashed into it, sending the Subaru into a spin into the light pole and causing it to catch fire. Witnesses pulled the driver out of the burning car and the passenger in the rear before flames grew to large to get to the passenger in the front seat. At least two victims were confirmed to be transported to the Hospital in critical condition. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Accident Investigation team was on scene. **UPDATE** Two passengers in the grey Subaru have lost their lives in this crash, one was declared at the scene, and the second later at the Hospital. The driver of the Subaru is still in the Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Ford was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
